Podcast Ep12: ‘Commit To How You Want to Live’ – Kate Cashman
What happens when we overextend ourselves so deeply that we drive our car off the road?
How do you re-discover who you are when it’s foreign to you to slow down?
In this podcast, Kate and I discuss all of this. It’s a giant permission slip for us workaholics. A breath of fresh air and permission to all of us who are the ‘Type-A’, perfectionist, over-achievers. Permission to find space for rest, renewal and flow in our lives.
Kate Cashman, is an award winning rest and renewal coach, educator, author and speaker based in Hobart, Tasmania and traveling around Australia for workshops, coaching and speaking events.
